1. Payment gateway is in live mode. Test/sandbox credentials look similar to live. Place a real (small) test order and verify the charge appears in your processor’s live dashboard.
2. Place a complete test order as a customer. From the frontend, in incognito, as a new customer. Verify the order appears in WooCommerce, the confirmation email arrives, and payment is captured.
3. Shipping zones cover all destinations. Test domestic and international. Check that “Rest of World” is configured or intentionally empty.
4. Tax is calculating correctly. Test orders for nexus states and non-nexus states. For EU: test domestic and cross-border. For B2B: test VAT number entry.
5. Email delivery works. Test with Gmail, Yahoo, and a corporate domain. If any fail, fix authentication before launch.
6. SSL is active site-wide. Every page HTTPS. No mixed content warnings.
7. Checkout works on mobile. Actual phone, not resized desktop browser.
8. Backup is configured AND tested. Run it, verify it completed, confirm you can restore from it.
9. Site speed is acceptable. Homepage, product page, cart — under 3-4 seconds on fresh browser.
10. Legal pages exist. Privacy Policy, Terms, Refund Policy — populated and linked from checkout.
